On 20 March, Brilianto took part in an exclusive jewelry event hosted by BPI in Lisbon. The bank invited a selection of clients to explore pieces from our brand and from several leading Portuguese jewelry houses.
Brilianto, a pioneer in lab-grown diamonds with a unique origin, presented Diamantes da Luz, a collection created to mark the 120th anniversary of SL Benfica.
A refined space for jewelry enthusiasts
The showroom was held at BPI’s headquarters in Lisbon, in an elegant circular space designed to make every explanation and interaction smooth and personal.
From 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., we welcomed visitors at the stand where our collection was on display. Clients arrived with members of the BPI team, and we introduced them to the pieces from Diamantes da Luz and to Brilianto’s world. SL Benfica fans who had not yet seen the collection were especially captivated when they learned that the diamonds were created from carbon extracted from the Estádio da Luz pitch.
Brilianto’s strategic partnership with BPI
BPI, part of CaixaBank Group, is Brilianto’s partner for the promotion and sale of the Diamantes da Luz collection.
Through this partnership, the Da Luz pins are now available on BPI’s ecommerce platform, with financing options.
The collection includes 1904 pins, each set with a 0.10 ct diamond. A total of 952 pieces are crafted in 18K gold with enamel, and the remaining 952 feature an 18K gold finish.

Both versions are displayed at BPI’s headquarters in Lisbon, and their presence will expand to other branches over the coming months.
Showcasing alongside leading jewelry brands
The showroom also featured other renowned Portuguese brands, including Leitão & Irmão, which presented a series of twelve silver pieces inspired by the Águia Vitória sculpture by artist Diana Barra.
Events of this kind are a regular part of BPI’s calendar, with activity peaking during the Christmas season. Brilianto will take part in future editions and will also create a special edition of the premium Da Luz Collection packs for BPI.
Inside the Diamantes da Luz collection
Diamantes da Luz was created through an agreement between Sport Lisboa e Benfica and Brilianto to celebrate the club’s 120th anniversary, founded on 28 February 1904. The collection features ethical and sustainable lab-grown diamonds made from carbon extracted from the Estádio da Luz pitch.
The Diamantes da Luz collection includes two premium sets and a pin collection.

• A 1.00 ct diamond created from the Estádio da Luz pitch.
• Pendant with the SL Benfica emblem in 925 sterling silver plated in 18K gold, set with a 0.25 ct diamond.

• A 0.50 ct diamond created from the Estádio da Luz pitch.

Brilianto creates diamonds with soul: unique pieces with certified provenance and a meaningful story. Each piece includes a certificate of authenticity detailing the carbon’s origin, the diamond’s characteristics and its serial number.
