Dianelum has launched a Security Token Offering (STO) for €5 million, with a minimum investment of €5,000 per token. This issuance, fully regulated and approved by Spain’s National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), represents a digital alternative for corporate financing.

Tokenization offers several advantages:

  • Accessibility: Enables more investors to participate by allowing fractional investments.
  • Efficiency and Transparency: Blockchain ensures immutable records visible to everyone.
  • Fewer intermediaries: Investors access the issuance directly, reducing costs.
  • Security: An official Registrar (ERIR – Entidad Responsable de Registro y Representación) guarantees the authenticity and ownership of the tokens.

At the event, Brilianto presented its exclusive fine jewelry collections, developed in collaboration with renowned clubs such as FC Barcelona (Etern Spotify Camp Nou and 125th Anniversary Diamond Collection) and SL Benfica (Diamantes da Luz). These pieces feature diamonds made with grass from the legendary Spotify Camp Nou and Estádio da Luz stadiums, embodying the essence and history of these iconic teams.
