Refund policy
Under current EU regulations governing online purchases, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. In the case of BRILIANTO, the period for exercising this right of withdrawal is 30 calendar days from receipt of the item.
Postage costs for returns made within this period will be free of charge for the customer.
To return an order, the customer must contact BRILIANTO by email at info@brilianto.com. The customer must provide their order number and the address from which they wish the jewellery to be collected. Once we have received your email, our e-commerce department will send an identification label for the customer to print and attach to a visible part of the parcel.
The customer must prepare the return using the same packaging in which it was received, including all seals, certificates and documentation sent with the jewellery. Please note that returns will not be accepted, nor will the contract be terminated, if the item has been tampered with, used or damaged. Furthermore, the return postage costs will be charged to the customer.
Users should be aware that current regulations exclude customised items from this right of withdrawal.
Once the parcel has been received at BRILIANTO’s premises, we will inspect the condition of the jewellery to ensure that it has not been worn, tampered with or altered, and that all the original documentation is included. Once this check has been carried out, the amount paid will be refunded via the same method used for the original payment as soon as possible, always within the legally established timeframes.
The company does not accept any refund methods other than those set out above, for the security of the company and, above all, of the user.
