store.brilianto.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) is owned by Adamas Token Capital, S.L., with its registered office at C/ Muntaner, 185, principal, 08036, Barcelona, and tax identification number B 09819236 (hereinafter, “Adamas”).

6. LIABILITY PROVISIONS

Under no circumstances and in no event shall Adamas’s failure to exercise its rights be construed as a waiver of those rights. 

The headings contained in these terms and conditions are for guidance or information purposes only and do not affect, qualify or extend the interpretation thereof.
In the event that any of the clauses contained in these Terms of Use is declared null and void, unfair or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by a judicial or administrative body, such a declaration shall affect only the clause in question, which shall be deemed null and void, and the declaration of nullity, unfairness or unenforceability shall under no circumstances extend to the remaining terms and conditions, which shall remain in force.
